Libraries and Others
Texas Educational Seismic Project has outreach programs for public libraries, home schooled communities and after-school centers . Costs are flexible and dependent on the entity’s level of engagements.
- Procurement of the instrumentation is attained, setup, preliminarily calibrated, and the dedicated site instructor has been mentored on how to use the seismograph.
- An increase in understanding of the Earth’s interior structure and surface processes; raise the level of knowledge of Earth Sciences and increase the foundational physics and mathematics.
- Activities such as: hosting a STEM Mentoring Café, Science Night and Booths, and real-time collaboration with BCESP partner schools
