A very deep (609kms) magnitude 7.1 earthquake shook Peru early this morning…. The M7.1 earthquake epicenter was near Iberia, Peru: the event began at 08/24/2018 09:04hrs UTC; because this earthquake occurred very deep, it’s likely that only light shaking was felt onshore.
